Good Faith Estimate

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services. Beachside Therapy PLLC is committed to transparency and will provide this estimate prior to the start of services or upon request.
Session Fees
- Individual Intake (60 minutes): $150
- Individual Therapy (60 minutes): $135
- Couples/Family Intake (60 minutes): $180
- Couples/Family Therapy (60 minutes): $165
- Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: $135
Note: Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
Example Estimate
If you attend weekly individual sessions for one year at $135/session: $135 x 52 weeks = $7,020
This is only an estimate. Actual frequency and duration of therapy will depend on your unique needs and goals, discussed collaboratively with your therapist.
Know Your Rights
- You have the right to request a written Good Faith Estimate at least 3 business days before your first session.
- If your actual billed charges are $400 or more above the estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- You are not required to proceed with therapy and may request sliding scale options if needed.
